8B Education Investments proudly announces partnerships with four Ugandan universities:Makerere University, Nkuba University, Ndejje University, and Kyambogo University
The partnerships are designed to benefit students from these institutions who are seeking educational opportunities abroad.
The benefits include:
- Annually providing five $1000 scholarships for high-performing undergraduate students across all the different 8B university partners taking STEM, accounting, finance, and policy degrees in 8B member universities
- Annually providing one $5000 scholarship to a graduate of a partner university enrolled in global universities in STEM, accounting, finance and policy degrees in 8B member universities
- Providing students and graduates with easy options to apply to loans from 8B and their partners, and using the University reference as a reputational reference
- Holding mentorship and networking events in partner universities, in addition to providing access to tools and resources on the 8B platform that students need for academic and career success.
These partnerships will go a long way in supporting 8B’s mission to empower African brilliance to have a global impact.

8B Education Investments also signed up more than 54,000 Ugandan students onto its Community. The 8B Community is designed to provide African students with guidance on everything they need to thrive in their study abroad journey.
