Quickly stop emails from ending up in your spam folder:
Occasionally, email providers mistakenly filter 8B messages as spam or block them entirely. To ensure uninterrupted delivery, we kindly request that you add our email address to your whitelist or safe sender list. Below are instructions for some of the most popular email client platforms:
Gmail
- Locate any email from an 8B address (inbox or Spam folder)
- Move the email to the Primary tab
- A prompt will appear, asking if you want to do this for future messages. Click “Yes” to whitelist our email address.
Yahoo Mail
- Open Yahoo Mail and go to the Inbox.
- Locate any email from our sender address.
- Click on the “…” (More) icon next to the email.
- In the dropdown menu, select “Filter Emails Like This.”
- A new page will open with filter options. Ensure that our email address is pre-filled in the “From” field.
- In the section titled “Then move the message to,” choose “Inbox.”
- Click “Save” to whitelist our email address.
Outlook (Desktop)
- Open Outlook and go to the “Home” tab.
- Locate any email from our sender address.
- Right-click on the email and select “Junk” from the dropdown menu.
- In the sub-menu, click on “Never Block Sender” to whitelist our email address.
Outlook (Web)
- Open Outlook in your web browser and go to the Inbox.
- Locate any email from our sender address.
- Right-click on the email and select “Add to Safe Senders” from the options.
- Our email address will be added to your safe sender list, ensuring future emails are not marked as spam.
Apple Mail
- Open Apple Mail and go to the Inbox.
- Locate any email from our sender address.
- Right-click on the email and select “Add Sender to Contacts” from the dropdown menu.
- Our email address will be added to your contacts, ensuring future emails are not filtered as spam.
